King Living are proud to be an official partner of Love It Or List It Australia once again for Series two. Featuring in the sixth episode of the Foxtel Lifestyle series.
Tracey and Antony bought their 4-bed detached home in Adelaide’s Tea Tree Gully 10 years ago. Tracey likes to plant roots and loves pottering around the garden and taking in the beautiful view from the front of the property. Antony loves change and all things new. He has lived in this house longer than in any other property and was ready for a change years ago.
Tracey thinks their current layout means they spend most of their time in the rooms with the worst outlooks. She would like to take more advantage of the views in this home and make the kitchen less of a thorough fare. Antony has no emotional attachment to this home and finds it old and dated.
Neale needed to inject new life into this property and help Antony see it in a whole new light. While Andrew had the tricky task of persuading Tracey that a home is about more than the garden.
Styled with an eclectic luxe feel throughout. Neale has created a bold, colourful design aesthetic, incorporating vibrant tropical prints that speak to Tracey’s love of plants.
The home opens to a beautiful parrot print wrapping around to reveal the entry living area featuring the neutral Zaza sofa in Palm Beach Pumice atop the Casablanca rug; juxtaposed by two stunning Seymour high backs in Jungle Noir print velvet, making a bold statement in the space. The Bongos are dressed in a sumptuous velvet in a chic on trend vintage rose shade tying in the characterful artwork.
The light filled open plan dining space continues the luxe feel with a marble Keel Dining Table and coral pink Quay Dining Chairs giving the space an Art Deco feel that is certain to impress dinner guests.
The second living area features two King Boulevard Compact Armchairs in a wholly neutral palette providing a more tranquil space to relax.
